Vivarium Research & Technical Services

The Vivarium Research and Technical Services group at Lawson is responsible to the University Council on Animal Care, The University of Western Ontario, which is accredited by the Canadian Council on Animal Care and licensed under the Animals for Research Act, Province of Ontario.

The service offers researchers access to animal research facilities at five sites and include the provision of a wide spectrum of animal species and specialized equipment including ORs, anaesthesia and diagnostics.

The service is responsible for the maintenance, service contracts and distribution of core equipment at all Lawson sites.
