Critical Illness

Areas of research include cellular and molecular aspects of infection on microcirculation, tissue and organ function. Specific interests include sepsis, inflammation responses, and investigating the role of lung surfactant in Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome, and other inflammatory lung diseases.
