Confocal Microscope Core Facility

This facility is located at the LHSC Victoria Hospital. The system includes an Olympus FluoView TV1000 coupled to the IX81 Motorized Inverted System Microscope (IX2 Series). Services include a weather station for maintaining desired CO2 levels and temperature setting during live imaging and an imaging analysis workstation equipped with a PC loaded with software for analysis of confocal datasets.
